Work done: Coach the owners/directors on setting out a clear growth strategic path. Supported them in creating and rolling out a CRM system. Helped create a commercial department from pricing structure to commercial terms. Helped with interview process of sales and marketing staff. Coached the Directors on effective sales and marketing. Helped the Owners renegotiate their whole supply chain increasing dramatically the business margins.
