Before founding SME GLOBAL GROWTH, I held senior leadership roles for premium and luxury international brands, where I was directly responsible for strategy and execution. I specialised in Commercial Turnarounds, International Expansion, setting up Distribution Partnerships Globally.

My approach is unique and it works because I blend teaching and coaching skills to get leaders to think strategically and to put in place a strategy that works and delivers, using the best strategy framework “where-to-play and how-to-win” championed by Roger L Martin.
